1. Digital Products & Delivery

All Culture Craft products — including workshops, toolkits, facilitator guides, scripts, slide decks, worksheets, and digital assets — are delivered electronically immediately after purchase.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge:

  • You are buying a digital product only

  • Nothing physical will be shipped

  • Delivery occurs at the moment access is provided

Once delivered, digital files cannot be returned, and therefore:

2. Licensing & Permitted Use

Unless you have purchased a Corporate License, all Culture Craft products are sold under a Single-User License.

Under this license:

✔ You MAY:

  • Use the materials for your personal development

  • Use the materials to facilitate live sessions only when YOU are the facilitator

  • Download and store files for your own use

❌ You MAY NOT:

  • Share, distribute, or email the files to anyone else

  • Upload files to shared drives, LMS platforms, intranets, or team folders

  • Allow colleagues to facilitate using these materials

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the content

  • Claim the materials as your own

  • Remove branding, copyright, or internal markings

  • Create derivative works for commercial purposes

Any violation of these terms may result in:

  • License termination

  • Revocation of access

  • Legal action to protect our intellectual property

3. Corporate & Enterprise Licensing

Organizations wishing to:

  • Host files internally

  • Train multiple facilitators

  • Use materials across departments

  • Co-brand or modify materials

must obtain a Corporate or Enterprise License.

Without such a license, internal distribution is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All Culture Craft content — including text, frameworks, videos, images, icons, designs, slide decks, scripts, guides, and training materials — is protected by copyright.

You acknowledge:

  • We retain all ownership rights

  • Purchases grant a license, not ownership

  • Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited

We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for IP misuse.

5. Refunds

Because all products are digital and delivered instantly:

👉 All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If you experience a download or access issue, we will ensure you receive your files.

6. Payment & Billing

By purchasing, you agree:

  • To provide accurate payment information

  • That all charges are final

  • That chargebacks without valid cause violate these Terms

  • To resolve disputes with us directly before initiating payment disputes

Fraudulent chargebacks will result in:

  • License termination

  • Possible legal action

  • Reporting to payment processors

7. No Guarantees or Professional Advice

Culture Craft materials provide frameworks, tools, and educational content.

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific results

  • Organizational outcomes

  • Leadership transformation

  • HR performance improvements

Our content is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or psychological advice.

You use the materials at your own discretion and responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product

  • We are not responsible for how you or your organization implement the material

Use of the products is at your own risk.

9. User Accounts & Security

If you create an account:

  • You are responsible for keeping your login secure

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

  • You must notify us of unauthorized access immediately

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent your identity

  • Scrape, harvest, or extract website data

  • Reverse engineer or copy the website

  • Attempt to bypass payment or licensing terms

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes

Violation may result in termination of access and legal enforcement.

11. Changes to Terms

Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of:
